Double Yellow headed amazon Was a breeder at his past residence, He will take time to warm up to people I do believe with persistence and time he can earn the trust and be a pet, He has so far only said Hello, and makes some cool noises that most parrots do :) his diet consists of Vita Kraft Sun Seed Prime Large Hookbill seed mix (this mix has NO SUNFLOWERS and is very healthy for the birds, I was extremely glad to finally find a mix with out sunflowers), Zupreem Natural Pellets (large parrot), Apples, watermelon, corn, green beans, cooked pasta, and other cooked food that is good for the birds. None of his veggies come from a can they're either fresh or frozen (cooked).
I will not allow him to go to anyone who does not have large bird experience, and you must understand and have experience with birds who are not tame and were once breeders, This is not a bird for a first time bird owner, or a Novice bird owner. He has never bit me or even acted like he would, but again I know how to read parrots body language and I know not to push limits, I've never given him a reason to think about biting me, I do put my hands in his cage to refill his dishes and give him treats he does take treats (Apples, Broccoli etc) out of my hand. But I will not say he won't bite - because ALL birds can, and big parrots like the double yellow headed can do major damage when they do bite.

Local Pick up ONLY bring a carrier for him I will not put him in a box, he must be in a carrier I used a medium plastic dog/cat carrier when I picked him up and he did fine in it.
He doesn't scream unless he gets excited and it has only lasted for less than 2 minutes. He likes to play and hang up side down and make his cute noises and repeat hello

Tame?= I would consider semi tame as he does not try to attack me every time I get near him, but doesn't step up, does take food from my hand and I can get into his cage without any problems.
Was a breeder= I have NOT bred him I was not the person who bred him ever!
You must have large bird experience, You Must know how to handle birds who are not 100% tame and are considered Ex - Breeders
